Have you purchased an online training or program and would you like to exercise your right of withdrawal? You can easily submit a request through this page.
When are you entitled to withdrawal?
As a consumer, you are in many cases legally entitled to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
Different legal rules apply to digital trainings and programs. My online trainings and programs are fully available immediately after purchase. For this reason, during checkout I explicitly ask for your consent to immediate delivery and for your agreement that your statutory right of withdrawal expires.
